Payment

Release placement is paid in cryptocurrency before distribution begins.

All royalties due to the artist or rights holder are also paid in cryptocurrency.

Release Types

• Single — 1 track
• Maxi Single — 2–3 tracks
• EP — 4–6 tracks
• Album — 6–20 tracks

Audio

Audio must be submitted as WAV or FLAC, 16 bit / 44.1 kHz or higher.

The submitted file must be the final master and must not contain clipping, technical defects or unwanted noise.

Standard release placement does not include mixing or mastering.

Artwork

Artwork must be submitted as JPG or PNG, 3000 × 3000 px, RGB.

The artwork must correspond to the release and contain no technical defects.

Third-party copyrighted materials, logos, trademarks or advertising materials may only be used with the necessary permission.

Metadata

The artist or rights holder must provide all information required for distribution, including:

• artist name
• release title
• track titles
• release type
• genre and subgenre
• language
• release date
• music authors and lyricists
• performers and other participants
• featuring information
• other data required by digital platforms

PRYCOT. may request additional information when required for distribution.

Rights

The artist or rights holder confirms that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute the submitted material.

This applies to music, lyrics, performances, samples, artwork and any other third-party material.

The artist or rights holder is responsible for obtaining all required permissions and for any claims related to third-party rights.

Moderation

Each release is technically reviewed before distribution.

The review may include audio, artwork, metadata, authorship information, platform requirements and potential third-party rights issues.

If corrections are required, the release may be returned to the artist for revision. PRYCOT. may reject or decline to distribute material that does not meet technical or platform requirements.

Distribution

After moderation, PRYCOT. submits the release to the digital distribution system.

Distribution may include Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Яндекс Музыка, VK Музыка, МТС Music, Звук, Deezer, TIDAL, Amazon Music, TikTok, Shazam and other available digital services.

Release Date

The artist selects the desired release date.

After moderation, the release is submitted to the platforms. The time required for a release to appear may vary between services.

We recommend submitting releases in advance. Technical issues or platform processing times may affect the requested release date.

Analytics

Analytics are provided once every three months together with the royalty report.

Depending on the data available from digital platforms, reports may include plays, views, geography, platforms and other performance information.

Analytics are based on reporting provided by the digital distribution system and platforms.

Royalties

PRYCOT. retains 10% of royalties. The artist or rights holder receives 90%.

Royalties are calculated based on actual platform data and payments received through the distribution system.

Royalties are paid in cryptocurrency once every three months together with the analytics report.

Takedown & Updates

The artist may request a takedown, metadata changes, corrections, artwork replacement or other permitted updates.

Requests are handled through PRYCOT. and forwarded to the distribution system.

Changes and takedowns are not instantaneous and require processing time from digital platforms. Re-uploading a release after a takedown may require a new submission and moderation.

Additional Services

PRYCOT. may provide producer supervision and control as an additional service.

This may include checking release readiness, reviewing the release package and providing recommendations before distribution.

Consulting services are available separately and are subject to an additional fee.
